How to edit your booking

Here's a quick tutorial on using our online booking system to edit your booking

Login to your account

Before you can make changes to your booking you will need to log in to your account here. If you don’t have an account you should have received an account creation link in your confirmation email when you created your booking.


Once you have logged into your account:

Create a booking


  • Select Add Booking from the top menu bar

  • Your name and email will be pre-filled

  • The previous address used will appear in the address field. Your have the option to Re-Book your last service done at this address, or you can enter/choose another address previously used. A drop down list of previous addresses used will appear once the characters are removed from the address field.

Reschedule a Booking


  • Locate the booking by selecting Booking History from the top menu

  • Select the booking from the list of bookings

  • Select the Service Date/Time link

  • Choose the new preferred date/time

  • Select Save



Cancel a Booking


  • Locate the booking by selecting Booking History from the top menu

  • Select Cancel next to the booking

  • If it’s a One-Time Booking, a Cancellation Pop Up will appear. If it’s a recurring booking, a Cancellation Pop Up will ask if the whole series is being Cancelled, or just the selected booking.


Update Billing Information


  • Select your Name in the top right corner, then select Update Billing Information.
